Gusto Golf Return & Refund Policy

At Gusto Golf, we want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging when possible.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’ve got you.

If you need to exchange an item for another size, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, we can issue a refund for the returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If we made a mistake with your order, contact us before sending the item back so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are eligible for returns unless otherwise stated on the product or promotion.

Final Sale Items

Products specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
